I. Advantages
High-efficiency dust removal performance
High purification efficiency: The pulse dust collector uses filter bags for filtration, and its capture efficiency for fine
dust (especially particles with a diameter of less than 5μm) can reach over 99.9%, meeting strict emission standards.
Low emission concentration: The dust concentration at the outlet can be controlled below 10mg/m³, and in some
processes, it can even reach 5mg/m³, making it suitable for scenarios with high air quality requirements.
Strong adaptability: It can handle high-temperature, high-humidity, corrosive or sticky dust. This can be achieved by
choosing high-temperature and corrosion-resistant filter materials (such as PPS, PTFE) or pretreatment devices
(such as coolers, humidifiers).
